Refund Policy for Autism Homeschooling

This policy governs the refund process for digital products (downloadable PDFs, guides, etc.) purchased directly from Autism Homeschool.

1. General Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products (downloadable files), all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered via email and/or downloaded, we cannot verify that the product has been destroyed or deleted, which prevents us from offering routine returns or exchanges.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

We are committed to fair customer service and will consider refund requests only under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: If a customer is accidentally charged twice for the same product in a single transaction.

• Technical Errors: If a demonstrable technical error occurs where the file could not be accessed, downloaded, or is corrupted, and our customer support team was notified promptly. In these cases, we will always attempt to provide a working file first before processing a refund.

3. Purchases via Affiliate Links

This refund policy does not apply to physical products or resources purchased through affiliate links on our Site (e.g., items purchased on Amazon).

• For physical products, shipping, fulfillment, and returns are solely the responsibility of the third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, or the affiliated company).

• Any issues regarding delivery, defects, or returns for those purchases must be directed to the respective third-party company’s customer service team.
